Refund policy
RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 2 WEEKS
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no makeup, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at orders@smalltownvinyl.com. If your return is accepted, we will send information about how to send/bring the item back to store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
- Perishable Goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom Products (such as special orders, personalized items, monogrammed)
- Face Masks
- Gift Bags
- Jewelry
- Personal Care Goods (such as beauty products).
- Liquid Products
- Hosiery
- Lingerie
- Doorbusters, Specials, or Sale Items
- Final Sale Items
- Hair Accessories
- Scrap Packs
- Mystery Items
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your item(s). You will need to include a photo of the damage/defect in your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing that are caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography and computer monitor. Patterns on clothing may also vary. These types of situations do not qualify as defects.
Credit or Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a gift certificate for store credit. If you need to exchange for another size, you will need to repurchase the item in a new order if the item is still available. You will be able to use the credit you receive. Note, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
